Ian Smoerheart he just seems to fit and he definitely has the bad attitude down. He also always seems to be playing the character of a supernatural being. Like in vampire diaries as a vampire.

And Ian is way more mature than patch.
Do not get me worng, Ian is very very very good looking. And so seems patch. He is just not the right actor for the role.

Hmmm...probably the closest option yet.
I think Taylor Lautner would be a good choice because Patch was tanned in the book.

He is definitely intimidating, cause really he is about the size of the HULK (i thought capitol letters were necessary) but i never pictured patch to be that bulky and .... muscular?????
Anyway i think that maybe Avan Jogia should play him. If you look at him at the right angle he has this whole dark, mysterious thing going on.

I know how you feel, same goes for me! However, every time I see a guy and think maybe he could be Patch, they are never how i felt like I imagined Patch, which is a shame!

I think also Josh Hutcherson . I also believe everyone has the right to their opinion and this would be a great movie and sequel I loved this book I am in love with the series!
I don't think Josh Hutcherson or Avan Jogia would be good at all for Patch. I mean, I love both Josh and Avan as actors, but I don't think they could grasp Patch's character. Like, they're too nice. They would be really bad decisions in that casting in my opinion
I think Taylor Lautner would be a superb choice and he is tanned as well and can play any role superbly

How about Drew Roy? He's not too bad of a Patch. He could pull it off... He has that sort of "I do bad things, and I look good doing them" air about him.

Now he's not an actor but he has modeled for jennifer's recent book release "Onyx" he's on the cover. I think his look best describes Patch, Pepe (Peter) Toth.
Its a toss up between Avon Jogia or Adam Gregory. Both very tan, dark hair, and gorgeous.

I like Louis Prades. I don't think Avan Jogia is dark and spooky enough to be Patch.
I really dont know, but what i do know is they have to be hot , like super hot e.g Ian somerhalder.(btw he doesnt match patch's description) but he is in the right level of hotness. i mean the man looks like he was sculpted by Gods!!
i think you guys should check out the fan make youtube videos on this series. other people have views on who should play patch along with other characters. i think they came out pretty accurate. :)
