Sirius, Lupin, Update: Thinking some more, I'll replace Hedwig with Mad-eye. Tough call though, as I'd like to save Snape as well.
OMG ONLY PERSON TO SAY DOBBY!!!
I'd bring back Lupin and Tonks, so their son could grow up with parents. Teddy, I think his name was, the one who at the end Harry's son reported was snogging Victoire. And Teddy told James, Harry's son, to go away. Before that, Ginny said 'They were snogging and you interrupted them? That's so like Ron.'
I was LMAO at that. The ending is so funny I read it twice just by itself without reading anything else.
I'd bring back Dumbledore too. I might bring back either Tonks OR Lupin but not both. I just think a child should have at least one parent, b/c I lived in an orphanage before I was adopted.
It would probably be Dumbledore, Lupin and Dobby that I'd bring back.
Dobby, Fred, Snape...can I really only have three? I'd like to save Sirius too, even if his death was really important for the story.
I'm glad that quite a few people said Snape. he didn't deserve to die the way he did. sob

There are a lot of people (Dumbledore, Snape, Hedwig) that I wish hadn't died, but that I think had to die. It just wouldn't be right for them to be alive in the end, as much as I wish they were.So I would have to say Fred, Lupin, and Sirius.
I, by the way, have no idea how Fred died - I haven't read it yet. I really want to know! Can someone tell me? I'm currently reading the 5th book and when I found out Fred dies I opened my book and every time Fred's name came up I cried.

Sigh. I'd been told he died protecting someone and the person he was protected was shot and and he saved them but died instead. But its SO SAADDDD!!!!!!
Stephanie wrote: "Candycloud wrote: "I, by the way, have no idea how Fred died - I haven't read it yet. I really want to know! Can someone tell me? Augustus Rookwood was a wizard and a Death Eater of Lord Voldemort. He was a spy at the Department of Mysteries in the Ministry of Magic during the First Wizarding War. After he was named by his comrade Igor Karkaroff, Rookwood was arrested and imprisoned in Azkaban. He escaped during the 1996 mass break-out and served as a Death Eater once more. He fought in several battles of the Second Wizarding War, including the Battle of the Department of Mysteries, after which he was imprisoned, but escaped in 1997. During the Battle of Hogwarts, Rookwood was defeated by Aberforth Dumbledore. His fate after Voldemort's final defeat is unknown.
wish I could pick four.so...
Sirius, Remus & Tonks
(i wanted to say fred too but, oh well)
btw, please don't say Remus without saying Tonks or the other way around because that would be sad .___.
Fred, Sirius and Severus. Fred for obvious reasons, Sirius because he suffered so much of his adult life paying for a crime he didn't commit, he should get a second chance at life. Severus, well, the whole time Harry and the gang knew him they despised him, and towards the end so did everyone in the Order. Snape living to see Harry admire him and respect him could have done him wonders...maybe he could even have managed to be happy?
I'd save Fred, Dobby and Sirius. I would like to save Lily and James...but then there wouldn't be much of a story otherwise. Imagining George without Fred is heart breaking and Harry deserves some family (aside from the Weasley's and the dastardly Dursley's) and Sirius would be perfect, and well Dobby is Dobby, I think he, like Sirius, deserved to enjoy his freedom a bit more.
Holly wrote: "Snape, Voldemort and Bellatrix."Seriously - you'd save Voldemort? And Bellatrix? I can see why you'd save Snape, but the other two? :p
um, no one get offended, I'm just curious as to why people would save Bellatrix and/or Voldemort? I don't mean this question as a nasty accusation or anything, I'd just like to hear your opinions!

The reason I would save Bellatrix is because she is a maniac. I kinda like phsychotic people as they kinda bring the story to life ☺ PLus Bellatrix's character is complex, it's interesting!

hmm, interesting, I can see where you're coming from... but if she hadn't died, wouldn't she have just continued fighting and killing people?
