Your sentence structure and spelling makes my brain hurt...

Yes it does, i just have to remind myself to replace the 'd's' with 'th's' and that will also help i guess.

♥ Alexia -Team Malec ♥ it is not Nagini! read the other discussion for more information!

J.D. Field I love this, I'm going to start a new thread with something really crazy.

Did you know Hermione is actually Mocgonagll using a time turner from when she herself was at school

message 59: by [deleted user] (new)

Hahahahaha...and Dumbledore is really Harry!!

message 60: by [deleted user] (last edited Apr 05, 2012 07:44AM) (new)

Did you also know that the Dragon Hagrid hatches in the first book, grows in to Buckbeak, in spite of the fact that it involved a complete change of species?

Carly Steph wrote: "Did you also know that the Dragon Hagrid hatches in the first book, grows in to Buckbeak, in spite of the fact that it involved a complete change of species?"

Haha. XD

Shatha J lol! XD That's like the "Nagini is Snape" thing the Farheen said!! ridiculous!!

message 63: by J.D. (new) - rated it 5 stars

J.D. Field Dudley Dursley is actually Hagrid

Yashwina This is 200% not true. That's a fake quote being slapped on someone's headcanon.

Hibah Yeah it was NOT nagini! No way! Nagini is always with voldemort like wehn he killed that guy frank.... Was tht in the first book? Anyhoo Voldy always had nagini.. Nagini is his life!!! ...get it? :)

message 66: by Ajay (new) - rated it 5 stars

Ajay Nagini is a variation of the Sanskrit Cobra (female cobra in particular). For trivia lovers

Atlantic Gem Marisa wrote: "Yes everyone knows this already."

Um, some of us don't.

Atlantic Gem Besides I agree with them^

Micaela I love it how some people in the beginning said oh ya I knew that I knew they were the same snake

Atlantic Gem Micaela wrote: "I love it how some people in the beginning said oh ya I knew that I knew they were the same snake"

Yashwina yeah, because it's not true. You can look in any interview transcript with Jo Rowling. There's no mention of any such thing.

Atlantic Gem Hm. A thought just occurred. What if Harry released Nagini, and then Voldemort found her and made her poisonous. I know it's probably not true, but just thinking.

★ Mist ☆ Cassidy ★ It's actually false. Nagini is a python and the snake from the first book is a Boa Constrictor.

Sarah Pythons aren't poisonous

Katrina Welsh i saw this in a post in tumblr and i was shocked when i read it. but realizing it's from tumblr, and the fact that no credible sources were mentioned, i just dismissed it. besides, voldemort found nagini in albania. the boa was brazilian, apart from the fact that he was bred in captivity.

message 76: by Remy (new) - rated it 5 stars

Remy No, this is completely untrue.
As Said by Uditi, the snake was a boa. He was also from Brazil (bred in captivity, yes, but his origins are Brazilian.)

Nagini, Voldemort's snake, is from the-place-that-voldemort-was-hiding-for-twelve-years-that-begins-with-an-A-which-I-can't-remember-Albania-or-Armania-or-something-like-that.

Sarah Albania

Gracie No because Harry was Voldemort's last Horcrux... and Harry freed the snake AFTER Voldemort became weak

Gracie therefore Harry would've "felt" when the snake was near

Amanda Gracie wrote: "therefore Harry would've "felt" when the snake was near"

Good answer! Never thought of the scar hurting.

Catherine omg! so cool!!! i didnt know this!

Gracie Catherine wrote: "omg! so cool!!! i didnt know this!"

read the comments... it's not true

Trish Schranck Uditi wrote: "the snake in the first book was a boa.
Boa's aren't poisonous.
Nagini is poisonous."

Nagini is a Horcrux

Joana Felício JKR said it's a lie. The snake in the 1st book was not nagini.

Cameron They were not the same snake!!! The snake Harry released went to live in the wild somewhere and he was nice. He was also a boy. Nagini was a girl and she is a totally different kind of snake than the one at the beginning of the series.

message 88: by [deleted user] (new)

Umm no it wasn't. Where did you read that??

Alexandra Yes, Nagini was some special snake too (enhanced by magic) and she was the 6th Horcrux. Since harry was the seventh, she was made before he was ONE year old. They are not the same snake.

message 90: by Sela (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sela ok so i think most of us agree that Nagini isn't the snake from the first movie....why are we still talking about this? i think the person who asked the question has their answer now

Antoinette nagini is not a boa constrictor. no idea where you got this idea but its not true. it doesnt fit

Charlie nagini's not the snake from one. There;s so much hatred in that snake. The boa at the first book thanked him for setting him free

Lea Swathika wrote: "Why are some HP facts not mentioned in the books?"

(: I'm not sure how to put this...all the facts can't be in any books? I don't think the author ever considers all the different questions we, as fans, are going to come up with. It would be nearly impossible for them to try to counteract our questioning minds and answer all of our questions in the book. It's one of the reasons I enjoy reading so much, the unwritten pages.

As far as the snake issue, I looked at the sources and found them not credible enough. Besides, it doesn't really make sense. I believe Nagini and Voldemort were always together. When Voldemort lost his body, Nagini was either running around doing his bidding or maybe hanging out at the Malfoy mansion. But held captive in a zoo?

SOOO true!! Why don't people just read the other comments?! WHat's the point of having a discussion if nobody reads any of the posts?!

message 97: by Lea (new) - added it

Lea i actually saw that it had already been discredited but still wanted to see and answer for myself.

Julia Lol, yeah I knew that.
J.K. Rowling is honestly- and I'm not just saying this because I love Harry Potter- a freaking genius!!! She has so many unspoken little hints hidden throughout the entire series. Deathly Hallows hints started in The Chamber Of Secrets. She's just a genius and I love her. She's a perfect angel, :D

message 99: by Sela (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sela @Teckha....read the rest of this please....Nagini is not the snake from the first movie!!! they're two different snakes!

Atlantic Gem You know, I realized, we've all basically been saying the same thing over and over again.
