M— | 60 comments What's the policy for dealing with spam, specifically spam comments posted to reviews?

One of my reviews just got a spam comment, and the spammer has left identical comments on other people's reviews. I flagged the spam comment left in my review, but should I flag the identical comments left in other reviews?

M— | 60 comments Man, there's even a open topic there for spam than I had missed:

Thank you!

Actually, rather than posting in a thread, please flag any comments that appear to be spam. It makes it easier to remove and log them to the correct user, which means it's easier to delete them and any related spammers.

Betsy | 605 comments Once I've flagged a spam comment in a group discussion, as moderator of the group, should I refrain from deleting it so the PTB can see it in situ or can I go ahead and delete?

If you delete it, the flag disappears too.
