Honestly, I don't know if anyone else has suggested this, and I don't feel like sifting through the comments to find out. I personally think that Matt Bomer would make a perfect Finnick. He seems to be about the right age, he's a decent actor, and I would definitely not mind seeing him in nothing but a golden net. ;)

There's no way it will happen.Reasons why:
RAGE. Lots of people love Finnick and even more people loathe Bieber. All fans that aren't die hard fans of Bieber will be infuriated and many will boycott this movie if that happens, especially male fans.
UNREALISTIC. Finnick is 24 years old during Catching Fire, Justin Bieber is only 18 years old. Most young characters are played by people that are a few years older anyway; Jennifer Lawrence is only just under 22 and plays Katniss, who is 17 in book 2. Finnick will have to look a bit older than Katniss so he'll probably be played by someone 26 to 30 years of age; Thus making Justin Bieber way too young to portray the character.
Essentially there would be no chance of Bieber playing Finnick even if anyone wanted him to.
It's nothing more than an ill crafted rumor designed to anger the fan base.
i don't think he deserves the part.

I think Bieber is very talented and if put on the mark he probably could act BUT....... Finnick is gorgeous, buff and a bit older. He would be truly unbelievable as Finnick who is a fierce warrior.

Taylor Kitsch, Garrett Hedlund and Armie Hammer are the ones in the running and most likely to be cast as Finnick.

i wish that jensen ackles , who absuotley beatiful, although i havent watched anything with him in it except for smallville, or ian somerhalder, who is also gorgous, and is a very good actor, should play finnick, justin bieber would ruin it, however, i think it will probaly be a not yet a star actor, slowly rising to the top.
