HELLLLLL NOOOO!!!!! i would cry if they did that to Finnick!!!!!!!
Naw, he's too young to play the role of Finnick and just doesn't personify the Finnick we all imagined in the book. Yeah, sure maybe he got charisma --- for tweens ONLY.

I saw the name of this discussion and my eyes bugged out of my head, and not in a good way. Absolutely no way, under any circumstances, in High heaven or Hell, would I ever choose Bieber to play as O'Dare... Not even if someone had a gun to my head. Not for a billion dollars. The thought makes my skin crawl. He's way to young, and looks nothing like him! Finnick O'Dare is supposed to be a hottie anyway.
the only good thing would be that Finninck dies so it would be funny, but still no!!!!
this is stupid they will find someone that isn't justin bieber if they do whatever ....at least we get to see him die in the last movie (thank god)

Okay, you guys are hating on Justin and you don't even know if he can even ACT. Hes been on CSI: Los Angeles before and in my view he was fantastic for his first time with a major role. And stop saying *barf* and "HELL NO.". You don't know anything about him like his fans do. Hes really an inspiration and him playing Finnick just gets him MORE fans. So to the hatred who think he has no fans and he's gay: Mhmm. 20.4 MILLION followers and a girlfriend? Yeah sure. -_- Everyone has their own opinions and suggestions but its really not fair to be hating on a person who may be a possibility for a role. Personally I think it would gain him major points as Finnick. I'm all for it. All haters to this message will be inored.
And by the way, he did NOT beat up a kid at laser tag! It was a 12 year old boy who verbally threatened to beat JUSTIN up. God, people. Get your facts straight BEFORE you hate.

I am one of the biggest fans of the Biebs... but seriously the kid is a singer... he can't really act and could never pull off Finnick... he just wouldn't be the right guy for the role

I honestly don't think that if anyone here is a big Hunger Games fan they are just going to miss watching the movie because of that. And yes, I know Justin would be an AWFUL Finnick. But still. I keep my negative comments to myself because they are obviously doing alot better than me at life. He has money, fans, music out, and has acted, and what are you doing? In this case, most of us here feel that he wouldn't do justice to the character given his lack of experience. Besides, if people hate him now what makes you think that he won't be eaten alive by critics when he plays Finnick's role? He doesn't even look suitable enough to play the part. I don't hate Bieber, but I doubt he'll do well portraying a 24-year-old guy. He's too young.
