combining two formats

I was directed here from another group and I hope someone will be able to help me out. I have two editions of my book that aren't being combined, though my other books have had no issues (kindle and paperback editions.) I was hoping a goodreads librarian will be able to combine the books for me.

Just so you know A.C., combining has to be done manually by a librarian and isn't done automatically, so for your next book, just post here :)

Luckily, someone from another group directed me to this group otherwise I would still be wandering in the wilderness wondering why the magic book combining fairies put some editions together and not others.:-) In the future, I will know where to go to get fantastic help - the librarian board!
