Anyone else find this book childish?

I used to think the series was great when I was 14 or so. Now that I read it after I've read so many other books I find the series to be horrible. I've never really liked Zoey(main character)but now I realize the whole writing in general is not well done. It's like a teen movie. Stereotypical and immature. I now for damn sure that the majority of teenagers don't act like the characters in the book. And theres too much rude humor in the book. Loved now Hate.

I've only read 'Marked' and was tempted to buy 'Betrayed' the other day but bought 'Crescendo' and 'Hush Hush' instead.
BTW, I did find 'Marked' a little childish!

I agree. I can't remember if I even finished the first book or not. It was horrible.
