Question regarding Page Numbering

I'm a new Goodreads librarian, and wanted to ask a question. I understand that pages that have roman numerals at the beginning of the book are not to be included in the total page count, but what about just blank pages? In this book, there's one at the beginning and one at the end. Are those to be counted also? Thanks for the help. I didn't see the answer in the librarian manual.

No, we don't count those. The last page with content from the book (i.e., not ads for another book and so on) is what determines the page count.
