I was upset with Seth in Deity too but I am still holding out hope he will redeem himself. I feel really bad that he is so alone and only has evil Lucian. But in Pure Seth is so charming and sexy! The pool scene was amazing!!!!!!!!

I didn't like Deity for the very reason that it made Seth into a really nasty person, it was so random, in Half-blood and Pure he may have been a bit of a twit at times but he didn't seem like a bad person, at least not to me. Deity kind of screwed up Seth's character for me xxx

Exactly! I wish he could somehow redeem himself, though by now he's killed so many innocent people...... How do you come back from that! Those people aren't so innocent or any different from Seth. You heard Apollo. The council doesn't kill people because the gods tell them to, they do it because they want to. They act like they operate under the gods. Just like Seth works under Lucian. They have killed many people for little shit that shouldn't matter. They turn people into slaves with the elixir. The only innocents killed were the people in the covenant when the wave took them and that was because of the God.

I am a little pissed that Seths great character was thrashed in Deity. Why make us love him? If he isn't redeemed in the end, I think I will probably end up hating this series.

Deity ruined Seth's character, simple as. I don't even know if I WANT to read the next book. I will because i obviously have to know what happens in the end, but it'll be a pain in the arse. I used to love this series but now it's pissed me off a bit, and not just because of Seth either x

OMG YES SETH!
I like Aiden and all and he is pretty decent.
But Seth... He is so great! Funny, charming, described hot, friendly. I mean come one! >.<

I just know that Alex is probably going to end up with Aiden, which makes me sad.

:D Ha ha, It's so annoying why she would pick Aiden instead of Seth >.< Like I said I like Aiden but he's a pure who she can't be with anyway and he's not as funny and playful as Seth :) But like I said she's just going to end up with Aiden probably, I haven't got around to reading the other books yet! :D

I have got Apollyon now but i feel like i don't want to read it. Seth was one of my favourite characters and he was kind of ruined in Deity x

You should read Apollyon. It will piss you off a little but Alex does admit that she failed Seth and at the end, I think Seth might realize all his mistakes. Idk yet but it will be said in Sentinel.

I didn't even finish this series because I rooted for Seth and they ruined his character in Deity... so yeah... I'm gonna wait until all the books come out and then I'll skip to the end to see who she ends up with....

I've been on Team Seth since the first time I heard his name mentioned in Half-blood. I think anyone who it's on Team Seth after they've finished Pure is a COMPLETE LOSER!!! I've read the whole series and I'm not happy. Anyone who's Team Seth and has read the whole series will see why. I wanted to burn Sentinel in the end. (Unfortunately it was an eBook and therefore impossible.) I LOVE Seth so much. My heart aches every time I think about it, like right now. I just have one question for the author: WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!!!

I'm with you girls. I feel very disappointed in Seth's treatment. But after what he did in Sentinel, nobody can talk crap about him. Happy to have that to shove in the Seth hater's faces. So Awesome.
