yes, when its just drifting down and the wind isnt blowing, i like to go outside and stare up and it looks like your flying :) or when it snows all night after you go to bed and you wake up and the world is blanketed in a vast white and sparkling blanket, its really pretty :)

Yesterday we got all this fluffy snow that seems to float when kicked. When I walked, I couldn't even tell how far I had gotten if I looked down for a few minutes.

Here's one not-so glorious thing about snow although it doesn't actually bother me that much. A day or two ago I was walking along the path to feed the feral cat Misty at the barn and my foot slipped of of the path and the snow was up over my knee :p. I didn't have an skipants so it was sure wet :D

lol i dont really have aanything more to say about it anyway... though SometimesIwonder, when you said you got snow that seemed to float when kicked, that sounds more like ash... it falls in the same manner as snow but snow doesnt float... least not that i have seen.... and im not saying it wasnt snow, i was not there. just stating something that i am thinking..

I think it was because of the slight breeze (it wasn't all windy) but it sure doesn't fall fast when kicked. It's the fluffiest stuff I've ever seen around here we get a lot of different kinds of snow

Misty reminds me of my cat Mama Kitty who died at age 20 when I was five :'((boy do I miss her still) and Misty looks almost exactly like her

People dump dogs and cats like crazy around here :( I think Misty was dumped because she just 'appeared' one day. I have seen other cats every now and then too; 7 altogether including Misty it makes me sad. :(
