I completely agree with Michael Keaton being a miss as The Batman. My husband & I have long disagreed with the choice ( he was for, I was against). Then his opinion changed with the new Batman Christian Bale. He now feels the other Batmans that were made were completely unnecessary.
Talking of totally wrong casting just take Tom Cruise playing 6' and better Jack Reacher in One Shot.
I am still shaking my head over that one, Tom Cruise, playing Jack Reacher, any fan of the novels is wondering who did the casting on that one. There are so many other actors who would fit the role a lot better.
I do feel they should look the part as the book, but then again could you picture anyone else than Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump? What really gets me is reading a book that the cover doesnt even resemble the main characters.

are some of their choices for on-screen literary characters that hit the mark, and others that definitely missed. Do you agree or disagree? Any others that were perfect or completely wrong in your opinion?
