Erica, this is a very old thread. The way GR tends to work, the way most people read topics, you'd probably get more attention if you started a new topic thread. I think it would be better to do so in the Feedback group, too. If you do, I promise to add my support to your suggestion that we somehow require a bit more of an initiation of new librarians.
