yes omg perfect!! But i reckon katniss and peetas daughter gets picked and maybe gale could have a son and he could get picked!! and katniss hasn't seen gale since the games are finished .
it's an intresing idea but it seems a little clishe that they're children get put into the games

It would be cool if it was focused on Peeta and Katniss' marriage. Maybe Gale's too! With whoever. And Annie's recovery on well, Finnick's death.
it sounds like the story would of the original hunger games would just be repeated again. maybe try adding in just a few more different details? good idea though (-:

The should do the fourth putting the capitol leaders in the games for their punishment.
If there was a fourth book I wouldn't like there to be another hunger games, I think it should be an entirely new story line otherwise it just gets repetative.
I like your idea, but honestly, I don't think Collins should write a fourth book. End it while it's good, I say, or you'll just spoil what you've got. But she should definitely start another series or something, she's such a talented writer!

Yeah. A forth book could be amazing, or it could just be repetative and dull. Why risk it. Wanting more of womething means that it was good, I don't want to get to the stage where I'm sick of Hunger Games!
And it's always fun to imagine what could have happened to characters from a story you really loved!
based on the last book, the hunger games has ended. So there has to be a main reason why their children will somehow end up in the arena. And yes, I would like to see Cinna again. =)
The idea of a fourth book is nice. Just not one after Mockingjay. I would like to see a book to how the whole Hunger Games got started. I know we know how it technically got started-from a rebellion-but why did they rebel in the first place? Who was there at the time? Maybe some distant ancestors of our heroes from before or just a completely different set of people. And how about the mockingjays? Let's see them get used in warfare! So many questions and it would be great to have some answers.Another thing I would like is a short story of Cinna after that time we lost track of him in the Hunger Games. How cool would that be?
I could see a prequel, but I think Ms. Suzanne needs to leave poor Katniss alone. She's been through enough.

I definitely think Gale should marry Johanna. But isn't the Capitol supposed to be all good now? Didn't a good person be elected as president? I don't think anything like capturing them would happen.
I think the fourth book should maybe be a follow up of the third. The end of Mockingjay kinda jumped ahead quite a bit at the end. And I do recall Plutarch saying something about the war possibly not bieng over when Katniss asked him. It could easily be about a supporter of Coin having a Capitol Hunger Games anyway, and Katniss trying to stop it. I'm also for the idea of Katniss's children going into the arena. I highly doubt there will be a fourth though, because the third had a sense of finality about it.
About the kids... their lives. I don't think there should be another HG cause 2 was enough and they kinda dragged on. But your idea is still a great idea =). In book 3 (the epilogue) SC didn't even say what their names where.
ya i like that idea its good!...... maybe gale has a daughter/son and one of them gets picked or maybe they go up to having 4 ppl from each ditrict and they all have to get rescued! :D
OMG!!!! There should SOOOO be a 4th book, and a fifth one, and a sixth one, and so much more!

I know what they could do for a 4th book... they can have ALL the districts rebel and take over the capitol. They can all live in peace, and live in 1 place. they don't have restrictions anymore, and their kids can live in peace and not be frightened for years. it could be Annie and Finnick have kids and Gale and (who knows who?) has kids and the go on an adventure past district 13. OR it could be about how it all got started and about their ancestors, but their should be a twist to it, like district 13 didn't rebel,the other districts rebelled so they just blew off a district to scare them into not rebelling again.
I don't know if the fourth book should be a contiuation, but I would most definitely like to know what happens to everyone and more about Katniss, Peeta, and their childrens' lives. If I had to have a dream fourth book though, it would have to be the 2nd Quarter Quell. I think it would be really neat from Haymitch's perspective and we could get to know him a little more!
I think that it would be a waste to have created such an interesting and amazing world to only have 3 books on it. I think a prequel would be cool of either the initial rebellion, or haymitch's 2nd Quarter Quell. Or to write the same story but from a different character's perspective like Gale, or Prim, or Peeta, or Haymitch.
I think katniss and peeta's kids will go to the hunger games fight to the death and the district against the catpital.
I agree with a prequal; seeing how the Hunger games kind of started. Or how Katniss's kids get kidnapped my capital people. Or the kids are alittle older now and they want more revenge on the capital but something goes terrebly wrong..does anyone ever wonder what happened to the rest of the world? like is it normal and peaceful or something?
The Hunger Games would be back on. Gale would be head gamemaker. But instead of the Hunger Games it's the Death Games. All people who have died (Eg: Finnick, Cinna, Prim, Cato, Glimmer, Clove, Marvel...) face each other in the Death Games. They have to survive their death replaying (if you get what i mean im pretty impressed) so for example glimmer finds herself in her exact situation where she died. She has to change her death so that she survives. If she survives she comes back alive. if she dies again shes gone forever...
That would be awesome!!! But i think that Katniss should stay with Peeta. But Katniss and Gale just stay friends.

if there were another games, it would actually be VERY likely that both her kids would get picked.... or am i the only one who remembers her saying the games were rigged sometimes to make the victors kids end up in the games? :)
you are not the only one. It is very common. It is almost certain that Katniss' and Peeta's kids will go into the games because they are from 2 victor parents.
and you guys, did you think the series was great? I did. I don't want them to make another and have it completely suck. I think it just ended and I'm fine with that. If you keep on trying to get them to make another book, maybe they will, but you won't like it. They started making movie, i think, because the series is done. The movie is pretty accurate to the books, one of the most accurate movies I have ever seen. You don't want them going and ruining the series for you, don't you? I don't want it ruined. Just my opinion. And she already ended with an epilog.
I like the idea of the fourth book, how about the idea that Panem is under the threat of attack and Katniss and Peeta, along with Annie and Gale all send their (grown) children into hiding but they are discovered by the enemy and they all get taken and used as a form of entertainment, and through this Katniss's daughter and Gale's son fall in love?? Or Katniss's son and Gale's daughter? And all the children have to escape...

What if somehow Peeta's tracker jacker poisoning takes over him and he turns bad? Than he could do something evil..... Idk
i dont think it should be a continuation of katniss and peeta's story, cause the capital is good now, right? they dont have any more hunger games and all that stuff...i'd want to read about haymitch during his games
