No, they are. I have an Ampharos that can plow through like, anything. xD And on my Eeveelution team, Jolteon is my main special attacker.

Yeah. My Zebstrika has the Ability Lightningrod, which makes it so that whenever it's hit with an electric attack, it's Sp. Attack (or Speed. I dont remember) gets raised and it doesn't take damage.
