I think that the worst was that almost all of the capitol citizens ENJOYED it. Nobody there was forced to watch.

I'll agree with you...although, the cruelest part was probably making the families of the tributes act like it was a celebration.

I agree. I thought it was disgusting and sick how they set it up as a holiday and enjoyed watching human suffering.
I agree with all the comments above, but what about the fact that they were sending children into the arena? Rue and Prim were only twelve, for God's sake!
