kindle app on android tablet

Does anyone have the kindle app on an android tablet? Is there any way to creat folders on the tablet like you can on the kindle itself?

I have a rooted Nook tablet, an Android tablet, a Kindle Fire, and an iPhone and to my knowledge it's not possible to create folders locally on the app on any of the devices. The latest version of the Kindle app for the iPhone has added a built-in link to the Cloud reader. I have been unable to create "collections" or "folders" there, too.

I have the Kindle app on my IPad2 and can not create folders either!
