I think he meant that saying that the children are the future, is saying that they don't act like their parents acted when they were younger. Children in our modern setting are a lot more 'sophisticated' in a sense, like in the way they share there opinion. Its more rude than anything, they're ignorant in manners. Not knowing how to apply them in the right way, it always comes out like the words don't belong. That happened in the story, Hannah spoke out in the box car and Gitl nudged her to be quiet, but of course she kept on going to make her point.
When Rabbi explains that the children are in the future and she is in the past, is that children are smarter and know more about what's going to happen in the future. Rabbi says that she doesn't know what's going to happen and that is why she said "I am the past". But then she says that the past knows more about the future because they are teaching the children about the future. Sometimes the parents or older people have to listen to kids sometimes instead of us listening to the older people. Just because we are younger doesn't mean that we are not smart. We can always teach our parents sometimes too. My parents know some stuff that I don't know and I know some stuff that my parents don't know.
I think that when the Rabbi talks to the children I think he is trying to say the he is the "past and your the future." He means that he is older so he is the past and your younger so your the future. he says The "past knows more about the future." I don't agree with this just saying your parents in general. "they're older living on the world about 30 years older than you or what so does the make them a past." your saying where calling our parents "past". I don't agree with this saying by; Rabbi.
I think what Rabbi is saying that that the past taught kids about the future and I guess that is why people teaching kids about the future today.I like this quate because I think it's kind of true because kids are boern in the furture.
When the Rabbi says that "All children are from the future" I think she's trying to say that even though adults have lived longer and have more experience in life than kids. Kids will know more about the present day life more than the parents. I'll use this time period. Kids know more about the technology than the adults. So even though that us kids haven't been around that long to actually and have more experience in life. Kids have a better look and basically experience with the future.
I think when the Rabbi says that "All the children are from the future" That really evokes some thoughts. I would say adults have lived longer then the children but the children are the future to our country one day they're going to be grown up and work and have jobs ect. But when the Germans are doing this to the Jews this is robbing the kids of they're life and they're not able to do anything but face death in the face. It's a harsh Reality.
I think that when Rabi says that all children are from the future falls under the line of one life ends another begins. So if someone dies from the future they will be reborn in the past and start over and then in the future they can tell their story from the past.
When the rabi talks to the children i think that he means that the adults arre from the past and they have lived through it. the children are the future so they are gonig to know more than he will someday. the adults know what happen during the past you can ask them anything from the past and they will know. if u ask a kid from this timethey know what is hapening.
they dint beleave help henna because thy thought she was joking so when they got there the notices bot them in a big van thy dint care if they can breve after a wholly they bot them in a trane and said if u try to get out we will shoot you
I don't believe that children are from the future but children are the future. Because children can grow up to change the world, change any thing. Children are important because they can cure sickness make the world a better place that's why they are important.
Yes i believe that because I believe that he means that people like him who were born in the 1940's or 50's don't know about all the new and amazing things that are happening as well as children. For example Technology, sports, clothing, and life style. Sometimes when the parents here of an important news the children knew about two days ago. Or when somebody important dies the children knew the second it happened. It is almost like that we know everything which we don't. But the man has a point I do believe that all children are from the future. Everybody else might have a different prospective about that but that's mine.
i agree with the rabbi because the children will the the elders in the future. i do not believe that right now we can time travel and kids who say they are from the future at least not right now. i belive that children can not change anything right noe but can when they get older if they learn about it young and work at it when there older. the prestent has to be a certain age for a reason. that reason is because you have to know about plitcts and other things about the world. it is like a baby they have to learn how to move before they craw. then they have to get down cawing before they can waddle. once they get down waddling they can walk then run. nit is like that in the scene that you have to be able to know and do something before you do something else.
Yes because the kids are gonna make all the decisions later in their lives. That's what is gonna happen when the older people die. And because whatever the kids do when they grow up will defiantly change what would happen now.
Yes, because the kids are the ones who make all the changes in the future. The kids are the future generation of their parents, so that is why I said yes.
I really cant understand that qoute but i can picture it out of what hes saying.Like it takes time before u are born when you are in your mothers belly ur living but not not nessalrley. I think What he is trying to say but i think there is more to it.
i think in end she starting to go with her relijin and feilt how her parnts whent though all the hiting killing and other stuff mostly when she got back she started rembering stuf from the back from the other kids bot when they where going to do she got back home it was scary and discosin at the same time i can belive thy cut poples hands i woudint wont my hand cut aw! that woud heart me so mush! i love this book i rate it 10-10
