Does Bowers make any reference to people whose conscience has been seared? Since the Bible says there are such people, I would welcome a discussion on the subject. I suspect people do this to themselves by habitually ignoring their consciences to do against what their consciences say, justifying themselves within and to others...any other actions or attitudes to add to this? It's important to have some idea when writing about villains and villainous actions.
