Trying to remember what book I read. (not The Summoning they made me pick a book :P)

A few years ago I read this paranormal YA book and I cant remember what it was. I rented it from the library so I don't have it anymore. I remember there being a Jewel on the cover(and its not from The Summoning or or Evermore series which also have jewels on the cover). It was about a girl who got sent to an all girls school somewhere in Europe and she fall for some guy that died a long time ago that keeps having girls from the school sacrificed so he can still exist or something around those lines. Like I said I read it a while ago so the story is a bit foggy. But I would like to find it again so if anyone can help me out that would be great.

I'll try to help, even though I'm not sure I read it. If you'll remember, I'd love to read this book. So do you know what author wrote this book?

It's called Immortal by Gillian Shields and there are 2 companion books after it Betrayal and Eternal.
