Apps Not Downloading

I spent maybe 20 minutes today trying to download like 7 apps and not one of them downloaded. I had some preordered books that I try to download and open, but they wouldn't. I had to archive and then unarchive them for them to download, but it's still not right. Both of the books are lendable, but only one is showing this. Also, I tried to do the same thing with 2 of the apps, but now I can't get them unarchived!!!! HELP PLEASE?!?!

Call tech support or go to a store.
