I added my two books manually to Goodreads yesterday (even though they've been live on Amazon for a week or more) and a librarian thoughtfully helped me add covers. Now how can I "claim" authorship of these books? Do I need to create an "author profile?" I have a regular profile, so can it be one and the same?

Not sure if you can dual-purpose your existing profile, though.

??? That's not a GR link, and has nothing to do with GR author profiles.

Bill, you need to apply to claim your author profile. Once you're approved, your existing profile will be combined with the author profile.
