I have wanted to read it for awhile, but never got around to it, but it is a group read in one of the groups on GR, so I thought it was the perfect time to read it!Have you heard about Eyes Like Stars by Lisa Mantchev
?
I am reading The Song of Ice and Fire Series. I'm still on the first book, which is The Game of Thrones (also and HBO series). It's not really paranormal/horror more fantasy with a touch of mysticism...kings, queens, knights, lords and ladies then throw in some zombie-like walking dead creatures and a dragon or two. It is FANTASTIC!
Rebecca wrote: "I am about to dive into a new book...thinking of starting the sookie stackhouse series thanks to Stephanie :D so I thought I would see what everyone else is reading?"I am so glad you are enjoying it! It is one of my all time favorites! I don't know what I will do when I don't have a new Sookie book to look forward to:-( You have inspired me to revisist the last few in the series to prepare for the newest on in May! :-)
I'm on Ch 10 of
... After all the fuss on here, TV, Twitter and everywhere else, I decided to give it a shot even if I don't like the idea of kids killing other kids...

That is great Stephanie :), I just finish the last book I own and I feel kinda sad. I want Victor to die! Alcide is a little all over the place and his taste in women...well haha. Was kind sad and dissapointed in how sookie dumped the weretiger Quinn. Need to buy dead reckoning and then I will be happy.
@Maddie, let me know what you think of hunger games it is on my to read pile :)

Rebecca wrote: "Stephanie wrote: "Rebecca wrote: "I am about to dive into a new book...thinking of starting the sookie stackhouse series thanks to Stephanie :D so I thought I would see what everyone else is readin..."I never cared much for Quinn. If I were Sookie, I don't think I'd be able to resist Alcide, although I'm ultimately hoping for Sookie and Bill to get back together.

That is great to hear :D. I have heard so many good things about the books. I am waiting on a friend to lend them to me but I am starting to get excited to read them :D

I will give it to Bill that he really would do anything for Sookie but I think he is a little bit about the big gestures and misses some of the little things that she needs...like the driveway, coat etc.
I love Alcide in book 3 omg I was hoping beyond hope they would be together hehe. I can't wait for season 5 to come out on tv :D

Cover not available was Wanted: Dead or Undead by Angela Scott. I loved it!

I was looking for a replacement for Sook and this wasn't it, but it does have some amusing moments:-)

I hate Victor, too! I she hope she kills him violently before the end of the series!

I am on book two and it is ok, not my fave series but it has some laugh out loud moments. Sometimes though it is just a bit annoying. Feels like it is rushed in some parts and than it seems to go really slow in other areas. Overall not a bad quicky read :D

I'm reading The Girl who Kicked a Hornets Nest. It's not my typical paranormal book but still good, part of the Girl with Dragon Tatoo Series.

Callie wrote: "Having a hard time deciding. Any suggestion?"Hi Callie Have been looking through to see what you might like: you've got some interesting books on your to read list. Message me if you want to discuss them. I don't want to clutter up this thread.
@Anna did you decide which book you are reading. I want to read Divergent but haven't had a chance. Maybe I should move it up to the top of my list. If you read it let me know what you think.
I'm currently reading two books
and
The latter I have a short story in and since it's an anthology it's easy to read one and then go back in a few days and read the next.

Re-proofing The Citiznes for the umpteenth time so that it can go on Nook. Not as complicated as Kindle formatting was but still - I miss reading books written by other people lately. lolWhen I do get the chance to pick up a book it's going to be:
I'm currently reading
but prior to that I wrapped up
and before that
throughout, I was also getting my first novel ready for Kindle
and I will probably read the new Dark Tower followed by the new Sookie and just in time for the new Anita Blake in June. Somewhere in there I will also continue on book 2 of my series! LOL
