Good to hear, gotta love King! I'm on wait list at the library but hopefully in a month or so I should start reading it.

I am reading the last "Shades" book. These are not my favorite at all. I for sure need something exciting after I finish this.

I love these book's. I haven't read the last 4 but all the other's are great. I got sucked into the TV show which I think was my mistake. I plan to catch up over the summer.

?Some of the comments made for it on Amazon.com include:
"I absolutely loved this novel! It had me captive from the very beginning until the exciting end." ~KLW
"I found the book to be an exciting read. It's full of suspense and leaves you with all these questions that you "just have to know" ~ Misty R.
"This book was great. I was sucked in almost immediately and was still sucked in after I finished it." ~ Steph M.

I felt the best thing about the "Shades" is the emails to and fro between them that was funny.
I love the Sookie collection and now up to
Heard lots of mixed reviews on this so i can't until i am finished and can join in the discussions hehe

People are really rebelling against the current Sookie book on Amazon.com. IDK, I'm going to read it out of habit, but I will admit, they don't have the "wow" factor they used to have. Maybe Charlaine really is wrapping things up? But, if you guys are looking for something to read, feel free to check my book out (shameless plug) it's a quick read.

I'm trying to decide on a new series myself. I have The Hunger Games audios, but I am saving them for an upcoming road trip. I am thinking of starting either The Night Huntress series or the Fever series. Tell me which you preferred...
Sara wrote: "I've read quite a bit of paranormal this month and need to take a break, so I'm going to be starting
later today :)"I know the feeling. I decided to change pace and started the Steve Jobs Biography as I am also a techie! LOL, I'll be back to my bread and butter though with the new Sookie Book and then the new Anita Book in June and I believe there's a new Dresden book out this summer. At some point, I'm supposed to be writing too! LOL

I actually think this book could have been the ending with just a small epilouge a year or five from now. It's not the ending I would have liked but it is not as bad as everyone is saying, IMO.
Just finished
which features sex and death and
which features romance and death and have just started
which is part of a childrens series but very well written

As soon as I finish The Host by Stephenie Meyer, I'm going to start on the Sookie Stackhouse series. I have them on my Kindle.

I can totally relate about reading books that other's wrote. I am revising my book for the ... hmm, I lost count and I still read but it's slow.
I saw your other post that you are reading Stain (I think) and I haven't read that book but I have read Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter and liked it. Definately historical fiction but I like historical fictions particularly anything related to the Civil War. :)

Oh I want to read Divergent. It is top of my list for summer when the kids are home. I will be doing less writing and more reading:)

Reading DRACULAS and just got to the part where a vampire clown makes balloon animals out of his victim's intestines."Is that a...flamingo?" LOL!
right now I'm reading Indiana Jones and the Hollow Earth and Harry Potter 6
Just finished
and as much as I'd Love to start reading something new, I need to get some writing done. Here I am working on book two of the Jazz Nemesis series and a dream last night caused an entire new series idea for me. I need to clone myself ... Or hire a ghost writer. *sigh*

. It does have a hint of fantasy in it, and it's a wonderful book. I give it a solid 5/5 rating :)"I have to admit that I am not mesmerized by the blurb but your review, and the name, sucked me in. Add to my TR list.
I just started Ghost: A Novel by Alan Lightman. It's not straight-up paranormal; it's more psychological. It's about what happens to a man when he thinks he sees a ghost while working at a funeral home. Really good so far!

I actually didn't mind this series, it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews I read :-)
I am reading romance because my publisher is wanting more romance stories hehe so
the cover is a little deceiving but it is a pretty good and sweet story :-)

I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. I have high hopes for it though. :)
Magic Strikes
about 3/4 of the way through. Having got more than half way I see why people get hooked on Kate Daniels but blimey! it's taken 2 and a half books to get there! Still not convinced it's brilliantly written but at least the pace has picked up and its fun now!
I just started Dead Spell by Belinda Frisch, and holy crap! Has anyone else read this book? It sucks you in like crazy!
I'm still pumping thru Steve Jobs by W Issacson. Put the brotherhood of blood, book 3 by kathryn smith on hold until Steve is done. Been reading it straight for 2 weeks and hardly made a dent. I feel so defeated.
If you do decide to start eating primal though, Mark Sisson has a great website/forum that has lots of info/supportI was resistant to eating Paleo until I read PaleoGirl's blog. On the home page she explains how she had a myriad of health problems from break-outs and her hair falling out to night sweats, hot flashes, anxiety attacks, lethargy, etc. I've been having the same problems since 2009 and, like her, I've had Dr.'s test my hormone levels, thyroid, and even committed myself to a mental facility for a voluntary evaluation but they sent me home after 3 days with a clean mental bill of health.
I've been put on estrogen supplements, progesterone supplements, prozac, and the Dr.'s still couldn't figure out what was wrong with me and one OB-GYN even diagnosed me as experiencing pre-mature perimenopause (at age 27).
PaleoGirl experienced a complete reversal and improvement in her health with the paleo lifestyle so I've been working on it for about a month now and, surprisingly, I'm noticing some pretty significant improvements already. It is tough though.
I frequent the DailyApple as well as the Primal group on Fitocracy.com which helps a lot since I joined a food co-op and frequently receive vegetables I've never even heard of before - let alone know how to cook. They've been great at providing recipes and suggestions.
:)
I'm reading Dark Lover I heard great things about the series. I'm also reading Morbid Seraphic I find the anthologies easier to read when my time is more limited, which is most of the time. LOL.
Finished Sleep Stalkers and gave it a 3/5 stars. You can read my full, five-point review on the book's detail page (click the link).Started checking out Revamp while waiting to get my hands on a copy of The Sounding
Pandora wrote: "I'm currently reading
and am enjoying every moment so far."Oh wow! That is my favorite series. You have got some awesome reading ahead of you if you keep up with this series!
It's a little late, but I just finished reading "Snowman" by Graham Masterton. It's the fourth installment of his Rook series.
