I borrowed it from the library and I read it this week. I'll try online again and see if I can find it.

i didnt read the excerpt either. I guess i just have to wait for the next book. But i can't wait~

Me too. I bought the book but it doesn't have the extra bit in it either! I'm from Australia so I'm not sure if that means it was only for America?Can someone please let me read the extra bit????? I am slowly dying because I have to wait a WHOLE YEAR for the 3rd book! :( Noooooooooooo

I have a epic predition! *clears throat epicly*That in Goddess iheritance, Henry will find a backbone and become awesome. Calliope will come back over to the good side again (probably cos kate will tlk some sense into her, and, I mean, Calliope IS that goddess of WOMEN so she HAS to sympathise), and Kate will have an epic showdown with Cronus and defeat him with her awesome new "Queen of the Underworld" powers and save everyone........and she will keep the baby ;)
I really hope that your theory happens. But i have to say that was the most epic story ending ever!!!!!!!!!!

the only reason the ending bugs me is that Kates character still acts like shes really young and now she is having a child, plus the fact that Ava didnt tell henry what happened until the baby is due
For those who think that Ava just said that Kate was pregnant so that Calliope would go easy on her: Don't worry I'm absolute that she is pregnant. One reason, because Calliope is the Goddess of Fertility, if someone would know it, it would really be Calliope.
Grrr... I just hope Henry isn't mean about it! I am so sick of his attitude!
I find henry to be similar to a teenage girl. Jumping to conclusions and all the mood swings. i felt really bad for kate during most of the book because henry was being such a jerk to her.
