I'm trying to verify a Giveaway, but can't verify, I believe because of the duplicate ISBN issue.

This book Smoke Screen seems to be a garbled ISBN of this one Smoke Screen. I'm not sure how to confirm that or what to do about it if I'm right. If someone more knowledgeable could deal with it, I would be grateful. Thanks!
