Have I added this book correctly

Have I added the following two entries in GR

The first entry holds the original information from the Bibliothéque national de France, because the publication was done in France.

The second entry is de Dutch cover for this book which is included in the French publication with the same ISBN#. You have to turn the book upside down and you can read the other version. The book is partly in French and Dutch.

I've added a librarian note for alternate cover on the Dutch entry.

Has this all been done the correct way?

Since each side seems to have a different cover it looks fine,

if it had one ISBN and once cover then we would add one edition using a / between titles and noting in description that it was an upside down book, along with the other ISBN.

Thanks for your advice. I'll keep it in mind when I'll enter a similar kind of book in the future.
I wasn't quite sure, if I have made the right decision on this one.
