There are two outlets really. One in UP Diliman. Then this one. This one is nearer. So, I vote for this.

When you get off at MRT QC Ave, take the jeepney going to Quiapo and tell the driver to stop driving so you can get off at McDo in front of National Book Store. The said McDo is on your right side going to Quiapo. Clear? Ahh, you can text me if you're lost. See you!
