[Group Events] F2F Three: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Book 1). Sunday, March 25 at 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.! It was a success!

Ang gusto, maraming paraan. Ang ayaw, maraming dahilan. :D
Tama. Kung ako nga pumunta sa F2F Two sa Makati na first time ko lang narating. May mga passengers din ako na di rin alam kung saang lupalop yon.Pag talagang gusto, gagawa at gagawa ng paraan. Tsaka, nag-Makati na tayo for the sake of those na nasa south pero who took advantage of that? May na-attract ba tayo na first time attendees dahil Makati ang venue? Si DC yata. Now DC is attending F2F Three. Not bad!
Basta ang rule, ang moderator ang masusunod. So, when it's your time to moderate at taga-Las Pinas ka, go ako!!! Go ako lagi basta walang conflict with family matters. Kahit may lagnat ako o nagda-diarrhea pa siguro ako. You will never hear mo complain about malayo. Late at night pa siguro kasi early riser ako eh. Lagi ako ang nagyayayang umuwi na pag gabi na. hahahaha.
I love you, too, Jzhun my friend hahahahaTsaka naman. A month before the event open na ang thread for suggestions, questions, etc etc. Planning stage pa lang. So, kapag malapit na at may magsasabing masyadong maaga, masyadong malayo, wala na tayong magagawa roon.
Siguro, kung sabihin pa na hindi nya gusto yong libro kaya di sya aattend kasi there is no use discussing a book that he/she doesn't like in the first place, I think valid yon. Pero kung ako yon, a-attend pa rin ako. Reasons:
1) I'm curious why other people like the book
2) I enjoy the company of TFG people.
Ano man ang activity: palengke meetup, bookstore raid, outreach project, movie watching, Christmas roaming around party, Alabat sojourn, Birthday party, committee meeting, TFG deliberation, o simple chats, enjoy ako. Promise hahaha.
Hello! When I first got the invitation I assumed it was at Choco Kiss at UP Diliman. I don't know how to get to the Chino Roces branch.May pupunta ba doon by way of MRT? I was wondering if I can meet up with someone at the Quezon Ave station so we can go together, or something.

Ako rin makiki-ILY KD! :D Haha. Pero tama, walang pilitan. Kung di talaga pwede, okay lang. Kung di kaya gumising, okay lang din, pero pwede naman humabol. :) Since medyo North/South (sort of South anyway, since I think of Makati as South) na tayo for the past 3 months, ang April ay sa Ortigas! Hi guys!The Improbability Factors that I may not come on March 25 is very high. Wala raw akong "K" mag-absent sabi ng CE Director namin sa church. The Lent is near, and we are on the stretch of finishing the retreat programs.

From what I read so far, nothing is really giving me the right dose of laughter; but I am not giving up and will do my best to finish the 5 books.

Ella: I also did not enjoy the book. Interesado akong mag attend mostly because I want to find out what others think of it at to see the things I missed, if any. At iba kasi kapag spontaneous yung discussion. May napapamura, napapasigaw, etc.And I love the company of TFG. Masaya! :)
Why do I love thee (TFG people)?1) No categorizations - pantay-pantay lang. walang mayaman, mahirap, straight, gay, pangit, maganda, matanda, bata, matalino, di-masyado, etc.
2) All voices are heard - kapag may sinabi ka, pinapakinggan. Minsan, kahit di talaga reader (watcher lang), may voice pa rin hahahaha. Basta lang, bawal ang masungit at ang pikon. Minsan okay rin yong masungit basta paminsan-minsan lang. Ang pikon, lalong pinipikon hahahaha. Handa kang pagtawanan at laitin ang librong gustong-gusto mo hahahaha.
3) We just don't love books. We also love life. - When we did the Virlanie, that changed my wife's idea of what we are as a book club. Mas lenient na sya sa akin when I say that I have a Goodreads meet up. Feeling ko, di na nya iniisip ngayon na baka nambababae ako kapag may meet up hahaha.
In addition, it provides an intellectual break from the post-academic life.

You should be at McDo. Preferably outside McDo at exactly 8:00 a.m. so you can just hop in when I unlock or open the door. So, I won't need to look for a parking (slot). Makukulit yon mga tricycle doon sa likod hahaha.
Ganun? Yung McDo po ba nung last meet-up papuntang Quezon province? hehe.

Question po, para sana sa MMDA, pero dito na lang: From Quezon Ave.(coming from EDSA) pwede ba mag-left turn papuntang Don Alejandro Roces Ave.(Chocolate Kiss), or dapat sa ibang route dumaan papasok sa Roces Ave.? Any idea? Thanks!

tricia parehas tayo, wala pa kong napuntahang f2f for the same reason. Anyway dahil favorite ko ang jane eyre at gusto köng matikman ang cookies ni tina, il try my best to attend next time.

Aenna, wag ka na mag Quezon Ave. If you're coming from SM North, take the service road on EDSA and turn right at GMA (Channel 7), Timog Avenue yon. Just go straight. Go past the Boys Scout rotonda, Tomas Morato na yon. Go straight until you reach the traffic light intersection na may McDo. Turn right, that's Roces Avenue. Chocolate Kiss is about 2 blocks down on your right (yung building na may Papemelroti).
If you're coming from Makati, make a U-turn under the flyover near Quezon Avenue and go towards GMA.
Veronica: Thanks! Though medyo naguluhan ako, hehehe. Parang iba kasi sinasabi ni google map. Di ko pa kasi nararating yung sulok na yun ng mundo. Magsend po ako sa iyo ng DM ha, I'll attach a map, and pakicheck if tama yung understanding ko sa route na sinabi mo. :D
