Pat I love your Friday Harbor, and Sweet Talking Stranger, made me laugh, and warmed my heart. I guess I don't have a question, just wanted you to no how much I enjoyed your books. Thanks for talking to us!!

Elene Lopez q Are there any characters you created that in hindsight you wish you gave different personalities to?

message 53: by H. (new) - added it

H. I have used writing as a creative and therapeutic outlet...do you have any thoughts to share on possibly seeking out a publisher for stories that are romance and suspence?

message 54: by Terri (new)

Terri Well... It was there for a minute...

message 55: by Patrick (new)

Patrick Brown Sorry for the slight delay. Figuring out some tech issues on our end.

q. I enjoyed Christmas Eve on Friday Harbor so much. Can we look forward to another Christmas book for 2012? How many Christmas romances have you published?

message 57: by Terri (new)

Terri Yay!

message 58: by Christa綺思 (new)

Christa綺思 Q Have any real life experiences and situations inspired your story lines?

Elene Lopez Thank you for your time Lisa and thank you Patrick for setting this up.

message 60: by Kelly (new)

Kelly Did you always write? How did you get started?

Heidi Why did you decided to write the Travis Series in first person POV? And I would love to see a Hathaway's Christmas story, along the lines of the wallflower's Christmas...just kind of a follow up.

Valarie Q Many paranormals have a purpose for the magic (vanquishing evil, saving the queen...that sort of thing). Will there be a "targeted" purpose for the magic in this new series?

Christa綺思 Q What do you do when you feel like you've squeezed the most out of a certain idea (with a story that has yet to be finished)?

message 65: by cc (new) - rated it 4 stars

cc q Dear Lisa! Who is your favorite hero from all your books, and why? :)

Susana I love all your characters, but do you have a favorite?

message 67: by Meli (new)

Meli Q: Being from Seattle, I really enjoyed your descriptions of the San Juans and the NW for your new series. (I actually got married on the ferry boat that Mark and Maggie got married on!) I am wondering how you choose the locales you write about for the series. Are they just places that you've come to love since you've lived here?

message 68: by Christa綺思 (new)

Christa綺思 Q Dearest Lisa, how/when did you know that you wanted to (start to) publish a book and have people see it? Was it sudden, or was it something you felt was building up during your life? :)

Leela Who does she read/favorite authors?

message 70: by Jenel (new)

Jenel Looney Did you buy your house because it already had those gorgeous built-in bookshelves behind you, or did you have them built after you bought the house? (Color me green!)

message 71: by Terri (new)

Terri Q: What inspired you to write the Hathaway series? Do you have experiences/ties with the Gypsy culture, or was that something that just interested you?

message 72: by Arzoo (new) - added it

Arzoo Sy I cannot resist but ask will Vardon Lord Ravenhill get his own happy ending? Loved him in WDB

message 73: by Arzoo (new) - added it

Arzoo Sy q:I cannot resist but ask will Vardon Lord Ravenhill get his own happy ending? also do you intentionally create heroes who are from business/middle class as a sort of balance to the ton?

Valarie Q Your love scenes are very sensual, steamy and quite unique. How do you manage the choreography for these scenes, yet still find a way to give the reader something different with each couple?

message 75: by Arzoo (new) - added it

Arzoo Sy fingers crossed. thanks for an awesome answer. Love you Lisa! you rock...

message 76: by Terri (new)

Terri READ THE HUNGER GAMES!!!! They're so good!!!

message 77: by Christa綺思 (new)

Christa綺思 Q If you could, would you like to have Belle (from Disney's BEauty and the Beast)'s library? :) It's my dream library!

message 78: by Terri (new)

Terri And thank you for the awesome answer to my question!
