Ok besides that I wanted to say something that I've been thinking about regarding the TV series...what if they make Lena fall for Julian and Alex from the start of the series? I mean since Julian will be in the pilot I thought maybe that's what the producers or writers will want? The love triangle? If that happens I won't watch the show at all...anyways just venting my fears. I'm still hopeful it will be just as good as the books

I don't think she was ever really in love with Alex, she just thought she was. If she had been, I think she would have mourned longer, instead of falling for the next guy who came along.
Julian is strong, in my opinion. He's naive, but has a strength to him. Not that I'm saying Alex doesn't.

But really? I wish this hadn't turned into a love triangle. I was happy with the way it was going. Making Alex come back was just . . . cliche.

Defitently julian! Imagine you found your first best friend and you got really attached to them and then one day they disappear. Then you find another friend and you are attached to them too and you let go of the first one. And then sudenly the first one comes back. Who would you choose? are you going to dump the second one like he is nothing for you?

Just finished the book. ^^ But I am so disappointed with Pandemonium. I don't like love triangles. It would just have been better if she had killed one of the two guys. (preferably Julian...). It isn't that I dislike him. I just prefer Alex.^^

I guess since I read the two first books in 4 days, I was still too heartbroken to be able to really appreciate Julian. I also don't understand how Lena was so 100% sure that Alex was dead, and that she didn't try to find out what really happened to him before she moved on with her life... I thought it was weird that she never considered the fact he could just be rotting in the Crypt ^^'

I am just disappointed with what the writer did, because as a few people noticed, it seems that Alex has changed, has darkened... so yeah, maybe it is unlikely that they end up together in the end, but I really hope they will...

I totally agree with you... i was so disappointed when i saw that she didn't try to figure out what really happened to Alex... She accepted his death too easily... I wish there was no love triangle in this story, because now, no matter what happens in the book, half the readers will be disappointed (or maybe more if Lena chooses Julian). ^^'

I totally agree with you... the end of the second book is awful, I hate seeing Alex like that... I am so upset there's a love triangle in this story... Lauren Oliver could have done better than that! ^^ Now I am afraid that the Alex from the first book might actually be really dead, and that Lena and him will never end up together :(

Can you blame Lena? She thought Alex was dead! It was only a matter of time before she moved on. When Alex appeared at the end of the book my heart soared. It took me a moment to fully recover from the shock because honestly i thought he was dead. I thought Julian would be her bow forever, she'd fine her mom, and then they all live happily ever after. Guess i thought wrong. Now which side.... I'm going with Alex. Alex is Lena's before and after. He's her future and ending. Something like that isn't going to go away.

Lena needed a rebound and she got one. Now its time to bounce back to Alex. Lena compares Julian to Alex like its a competition. Julian's nice and all but.... I'll leave it at that.

I don't even know if I would call it cute. Seriously though while I was reading Delirium I would literally just sit there and cry. Pandemonium too, but not nearly as much. I fell so hard in love with their love story it would physically HURT. And I am the most unromantic girl there ever was. It only made me want to snuggle up even harder with the fiance.

i went into this book truly believing that no one could replace alex. I was right no one could replace Alex, Julian is totally different to Alex in every way. But I have to admit i loved him because of it!! It really surprised me that i liked him as much as i did. His relationship with Lena seemed so natural. It seems like they've changed Alex and if its going to be another Hunger Games scenario where he never really gets over it, id rather she ended up with Julian tbh. But I love them both the same for different reasons and i cant wait to see what happens!! Maybe hannah will end up with Julian? who knows? :)
