STOP BULLYING JULIAN, he has done nothing but fall in love with a girl, it's not HIS fault that Alex is back, and in a seemingly pissy mood i might add ;) plus i dont think Lauren oliver would add a new love interest for Alex if him and Lena were 'mean to be' blah blah blah. True they had a great love 'thingy' (i use that word because i think it fits the idea of teen love;).

But i read a review of Requiem and it said that Lena was having trouble dealing with NOT being loved by Alex and LOVING Julian. I'm not saying for sure that Alex and lena wont happen but it just seems awfully unlikely by this point, don't die Alex fans all shall be well......possibly ;) xxx

I just want Alex but Lena doesn't deserve him she had compleatly no faith but i blame most of it on raven too but I think Lena will end up with Alex because I think Julian was just someone to help with Alex being gone ( sorry bridieJDRAGON u seem really awsome) and now that Alex is back she will realize why she loved him and go back to Alex

Exactly... I really love Julian but things were just different between him and Lena... Lena and Julian needed to be loved because they were going through a tough moment... I just hope Lauren Oliver made the right decision that won't dissapoint anyone and she didn't kill any of the boys because i so love them!

I love Alex...and I'm not very happy that Lena had written him off as dead. When she saw what her society was capable of with holding her mother prisoner and allowing her to believe she was dead. It is truly Lena's fault we have to have this debate. I say Alex based on all logic. There is a part of me though that say's Julian though, because what will Alex be like now that he was held captive? Will Alex even want anything to do with Lena now that he has busted her with Julian in their embrace? It will be interesting to see what the next book will hold!

I was so upset the way the first book ended. Happy ever afters are not as interesting I know, but hated that Alex was seemingly dead. That said, Julian seemed to fit so much better with Lena than Alex did. And she even mentions in Pandemonium that she felt a comfort with Julian that she never felt with Alex. I was hoping, while reading Pandemonium in the early chapters, that Alex hadn't died. It was in meeting Julian though that I felt like Lena had met her soul mate in him more so than Alex. I loved Julian's character and destiny brought them together in this story...I hope it doesn't tear them apart!

It's not that he was just angry and I course he wants her to be happy it's Alex and sure she does have a right too fall in love but she shouldn't have given up like that she should've had more faith that he wasn't dead

I disagree with you. I personally think that Lena shouldn't have believed he was dead (I didn't) and should've gone looking for him. I didn't think that she was really in love with Julian, I think she was hurting over Alex, and Julian was there and they were in a confined space for a long period of time. I didn't think they really got to know eachother like Lena and Alex did. Julian was just a way to fill the hole in Lena's heart while Alex was gone, Nd Lex is back so I don't see why julian needs to be in the picture anymore.

I agree I think Julian was the rebound guy that she went through a traumatic experience with and therefore thought she had feelings for. What Alex and Lena had was the real deal.

I agree with u Alex 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was SO mad when Lena believed he was dead, I kept hoping and eventully gussed the ending!!!!!!! I also partly blame 2 other people Hana and raven. raven because she was the one like living on the words the past is gone bla bla And Lena believed that and I think that's partly why she fell for julian and Hana well because (I'm not gonna say because it would spoil the ending of Hana but if uv read the book u'll no what I mean)

Well, I don't want to set aside Alex for some reasons, so does Julian. Both have distinctive approach and touched Lena's life in a different way, of manner and situation. Although, Lena loved Alex so much and that love provokes her to love Julian too (We all know, to her, Alex is dead, and she's facing the guilt of not trying to protect the people she loves). I don't know what the author is trying to do about them, but it leaves me lots of expectations for the third book! :)

Well you have a point but I felt that Lena's relationship with Julian wasn't real or genuine, it felt fake to me, and you also have to keep in mind that julians affection for her came out of curiousity, becuase he had never spoken to or touched let alone kissed another girl before.

I love them both, I really honestly do. But of course there is only one for Lena, and I am going to have to say that I'm Team Alex on that matter. No matter how much she loves Julian, there will always be a part of her heart that is reserved for her first love, which of course is Alex. Even though a ton of stuff has changed with Lena and Alex, and they are both probably different people than they were when they met and fell in love, in my mind they will always be meant for each other. I hope Alex didn't get the cure or doesn't hater Lena and he still loves her because if he doesn't I WILL DIE INSIDE. Lena's love with Julian WAS natural and she truly did love him. But Alex was always there, lingering at the back of her mind, and maybe if he didn't come back, she could've tried to let him go completely. But now that's back, a huge part of him will always be with her and things can never go back to being the way they were with Lena and Julian, and with Lena and Alex. I don't want Julian to die alone, so I'm kind of hoping that Hana will steal his heart. :)
