Hunger Games Reading Challenge

I think they focused on the before the hunger games too much and not the games itself! My friends who either just read the book or never ead it loved because they didn't weren't really expected much

It was pretty disappointing.. The books were so so much better!!! I felt really let down by the mutts, and how they took away the avoxes, and Madge!

Yeah some things really didn't. For example, Katniss gave Prim the mockingjay pin and then prim ended up giving it back to Katniss.

Same! i though the roles were all wrong and plus they are supposed to be teenagers! Thresh looked so old :O

I mostly didnt like the actors for Katniss and Peeta...Sometimes it was hard to believe what they were feeling


I did cry when Rue died though and when the games officially began I thought it looked horrible how they were killing each other!

Jennifer Lawrence was not very good at portraying Katniss! Did anyone notice how they kept zooming on her lips and her braided hair while she used her bow and arrow!

I think the actors who had smaller roles such as Effie, Haymitch, Rue, Prim..they all were great yet I didn't like Peeta and Katniss at all either.

I found it weird how they would focus on them randomly

Yeah! I think ppl who never read the book wouldn't get why she would even like him at all. Peeta was just so boring! He didn't have his humor he did in the book..

My friends love it but they havent read the books. they were confused in some parts and kept asking me to explain.

Yes! I was okay who the hell is this and when is the real Peeta going to show up!!
In the end he didnt even seem disappointed or hurt or mad when Katniss says that she wants to forget it all or whatever.

Maybe! It was so funny how they had the breaking dawn commercial trialer! All the people were going crazy when they saw Bella's eyes!

Comments on yotuube are either really funny or just really annoying and rude. Usually rude and annoying though!

They were talking about the entire band, their music, and their fans!! saying that they were a "fag(hate this word it should be destroyed) band" or things like "this music is for faggots"...they commented on the dance saying that they liked the song until they saw that "gay dance" and just a bunch of other things like that...it really annoyed me!! >:(. (sorry for using that ugly f word!)

I don't get when they do that...if they don't like something then just walk away and go watch something you like. They don't need to be rude or cruel. They just live creating conflict and drama

Exactly! I was like are you f@&$ing kidding me?! If a song is good then who cares. I understand people don't believe it's right to be gay and as much as I disagree whatever it's their opinion, but the rude comments are unnecessary. Plus they shouldn't judge all their fans the same way, just because i love this band im going to be gay now? Okayyy people are ridiculous! And I love the dance it's funny!
