I'd take care of an Acromantula because they seem more intelligent (at least Aragog was.) Aragog knew not to attack Hagrid, but the skrewts didn't.

I think Bellatrix, cuz at least I would have a slim chance of getting away, but with Greyback I would prolly get turned into a werewolf or eaten. I mean all he has to do is scratch you and you are one of them...

I would get a cracked skull because bones sort of heal on their own without treatment. It would be impossible to regrow bones on your own.
