Sadly, this is like posting a No Soliciting sign on your door. Salesmen ignore them if they still have a job. So perhaps your criticism is there to weed out the weaklings, but it is almost a clarion call to the bold self-published author.
There's my two bits.

Or if ignoring it is impossible, just listen intently, pretend you are making notes, then say, 'Dayyyyumm, that is a good idea. I think i'm going to use that one!" Then excuse yourself that you need to get back to writing.
Out of curiosity, why are writers pitching stuff at you, and how many people have done this?

Politely waiting for them to finishing only seems to encourage them.
So now I try to cut it off early and leave before the karaoke starts.

You know, I get asked for computer advice routinely. My brother-in-law the doctor gets asked for medical advice. My lawyer friends get asked about law and carpenter friends about carpentry. It's the occupational hazard of having an occupation.

I don't want to read your forum posts.
I don't want to hear about your forum posts.
Nor do I want to hear about an idea you have for a forum post.
Please don't pretend to ask a question
as a prelude to a discussion about your forum post.
To save time here's my feed back-
The forum post is horrible, the idea is horrible, plot horrible, characters,
all horrible. You should break your pencil in half.
Burn it and scatter the ashes to the four wind.
Have I mentioned that I'd not interested in your forum post?
I consider writing like singing.
A few people are good should perform in public.
Most of us so do so at home.

I promise not to sing Elvis songs if you promise
not to forward anything about a forum post.

I agree. When we offer folks help
its usually without preconditions.
I guess I should have explained.
About a dozen people were waiting for their turn.
One person dominated the session.
Then spammed everyone on the mailing list.
I don't mind earning the animosity of spammers.
I do feel sorry for the other writers who were never heard from.

Since I'm no longer getting unsolicited emails from the writer in question its probably best to just end this thread.

Beautiful railway bridge of the silv'ry Tay
Alas! I am very sorry to say
That ninety lives have been taken away
On the last sabbath day of 1879
Which shall be remembered for a very long time.
