I'll just say it is one of the grittiest series I've ever read and feels both like it is and isn't a YA story. It's about a boy in his teens who very much acts like a boy in his teens and experiences things that make sense, but it's also written from the perspective of that boy once he's old. And i mean old, 100+ years. It's like a mingling of YA and adult that is beautiful in its oddness.
It also, despite being about monsters and what have you, felt more realistic to me than most contemporary books I've read.
The last book disappointed many, but I thought it was a pretty perfect ending.
I finished
today. Bone is phenomenal. I don't know how I've been a comic reader all my life and never got to this series before now.Up next,
I have just started Elite, by Kiera Cass, today, so far so good, but I have heard that it wasn't as good as the first. So I figured I should give it a try than decide for myself.
Marc wrote: "Cinder by Marissa Meyer!"I adore that series!! Please tell me you love it! :D

Its a mix between childhood sweethearts, love triangle, abusive relationships, but I enjoyed it way more than i thought i would. its v short but still sweet!
I just finished Everything, Everything. Sorry, I didn't catch the name of the girl who said she just started it. I really liked it. Lunar chronicles is great as well. I'm about to start Fairest.

Next on the list will be A Court of Thorns and Roses
It has been sitting on my shelf for way too long and I really need to pick up my reading game. Only just passing 10% of the amount of books I read last year! I really need to re-evaluate my priorities :D
Currently reading It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini and absolutely loving it! It's a fantastic novel about mental health and really recommend it.
I'm currently reading Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier and Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. O finished Heir of Fire by Sarah J Maas today, so I had to spend a few hours in shock before picking up another book!
I"m currently reading the Last One by Tawdra Kandle. However, I can't focus in it coz I'm busy syncing my reading with Goodreads.

I'm liking it so far! Haven't finished it yet but you should definitely read it :)
I started late with the group so I am reading A Court of Thorns and Roses. Fortunately, it never takes me long to read a book so I should be done before the end date ;) Prior to that I was re-reading the Lux series, I put that on pause. I know what's happening and I am whining about it so I'll stutter for a while finishing it up.
I just finished
I liked it, but didn't love it. There were more pros than cons though and I did become invested in the characters so I'll for sure read the sequel.Up next I'm gonna read the first book in a series I've meant to read for years
Finished Heir of Fire and it was magnificent. Next I'll be reading Queen of Shadows when it is published and I'll start Scion of Ikshvaku.
