This building isn't as heavily patrolled, and many games and gaming consoles are stacked up on the shelves. People come down here to buy games to entertain themselves, as after all, living in a dulled world with no sun has to have it's downsides. The lights above the door have mostly gone out, the A is still on and flickering. The check out is broken inside, and some shelves have been torn out, leaving games and consoles scattered across the floor.
