In my opinion, that's the worst thing you can tell people... it just feels so... cold.
It beats my default advice that I give most of my friends which is: Breathe... deep breaths. Breathe in, breathe out...
Because most of the time, when people come to me for advice, they're either super angry and yelling at me or they're crazy hysterical. Neither are very pleasant situations.

10- its okay innocent its nothing terrible, just some idiot that i trusted broke my heart. Its the norm for me.
11 - I've never really had my heart broken. SOmething to do with the fact that my mother is too flighty and impulsive and I move once every few years.
