duplicate author pages

Hi
I'm the author and I seem to have confused two accounts - don't know how but is it possible to merge this account with the one I think I'm using now. My novel - the Widow's Tale - appears under the above and under my 'other' account. Sorry - i 've really messed this up haven't I?

Moved one edition of "The Widow's Tale" to your author profile, and combined.
The empty profile will dissappear.
