contact question

I was wanting to know if there is a way to contact someone who made or editted a book. I went to the change log to see who added a book with hardly any info, and no isbn, to ask if it was an alternate cover or something, and all I was able to do was go to their profile. Is there a way for me to be able to contact/message/something so I can ask about it? please help.

On their profile, there should be a link or button to send them a message.

i got there but the only link i see is to become a friend and that the profile is private. any thing else?

That means the user in question is not allowing messages.

never saw that, but with the little i do on goodreads and reading a book a day or more, don't feel left out. ;)
