Hey Read this Book and we can compare.

I have read this book (and the next two in the series). I really enjoyed it. What age do you think it is aimed at? I'm a primary school teacher but I think the children I teach are too young to keep up with it.

Yeah! I think there are 4 published at the moment. The next one is day of the predetor - dinosaurs! I thought it was pretty good.

I work in a library, and we first had these books labelled as age 8 to 10. However, I read the first one and didn't think it was suitable for the lower age range. We queried it with the publisher's and they re-labelled them as "teenage". There was a little too much violence, graphic throat cutting etc to make this a primary age book series.

Thanks, thats helpful and makes sense to me. I checked my local bookstore and they are now shelved in their Young Adult section too.
