Bug in the way book covers display

This book has 3 editions. Two have a yellow cover, and one has a blue cover. Depending on the order you open the book record in, they display different color combinations. Hard to explain. but I can open an edition with the yellow cover, and have two blue covers displayed under "other editions". If I then open one of the other editions, that I know to have a yellow cover, I get one yellow and one blue displaying in the "other editions". Is this a bug, or just a synching problem for the database? The author brought this to my attention, so it's not just my cache. (which I did just clear, btw)

Almost certainly a caching issue, but not at the user end. Book pages have a 24-48 hours cache, and it definitely affects the Other Editions field.
