A few years ago, one of the "reality shows" followed some "enforcers" of a property manager.
One of the calls they got led them to a property where a business had "red blotches" forming on the ceiling on one side of the display floor (of a furniture store). It turned out the guy in an apartment above the furniture store was running a butcher shop out of his apartment. So the blood was from butchered animals.
