Erin I was pretty young when I read InkHeart, so I enjoyed it. To this day I haven't finished InkDeath, though. What was the point of it? It's just one disaster after the other, and the main characters treat each other atrociously.

Jamie YES. I'm probably gonna be the only to say this, but I liked the movie better than the book in this case. The book was slow and boring. The movie was a little more exciting. I barely finished it. When I was done I was like "Thank god it's over."

Keica I loved it! I read the triology as a child (in about middle school) and they were great. Reading them after years of having them sit on my bookshelf was amazing. I loved how they went into Inkheart, and although there was little action in the first book, the rest had much better action!

Grace Nope.. I reread this book plenty of times and I plan on rereading it again soon! I never get tired of this book. It gives me one of the most warming emotions. I LOVE this book. I seem to be one of the only people who stills enjoy it as this age, am I correct? Oh, well. I didn't finish Inkspell and I never finished Inkdeath, either. But as for Inkheart -- BRILLIANT!

I can honestly say that I hated that book, I quit about halfway through and never picked it up again.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Urban Fantasy isn't really my thing so.....

Sam I had started reading the book a few times before and ended up putting it down for a while. I picked it up again and finally finished it. It was worth it, especially the second book. Although I never finished the third book.

that is alot like what happened with me! i struggled through inkheart and inkspell, witch is odd for me because i read verrrrryyy fast, but i only went 2 or 3 chapters into inkdeath and i just decided to drop the series.

Mara "Inkdeath" is what solidified my fandom to this trilogy. I didn't particularly care for "Inkspell" when I first read it, but a second run-through changed my opinion entirely.

♥ Alexia -Team Malec ♥ i found it hard to get through....but not THAT hard. apparently Inkspell and Inkdeath are better.
