This isn't a comprehensive list by any means, but here are some Aussie YA titles that actually ARE available in the States:
Melina Marchetta:
Always a good place to start.
All of her titles are available in the US except
Froi of the Exiles
, which will be released on March 13, and
The Gorgon in the Gully
, a children's book.

Cath Crowley:
Her Gracie Faltrain series isn't available here but it is definitely worth tracking down.
