Audrey (odderie) | 48 comments I tried to get this one right, and I even made sure the Anna^^Murray author name was correct.

I think the system just is messing with me at this point. :(

After creating this series, Easton Hearts, I made sure all of the books in the series listed the individual #1, #2, #3, etc. in the title field, as appropriate. They show up correctly in a list of results when I run a search in the "search" field and find the books. However, on the individual page itself, it only shows "Easton Hearts" and does not show "Easton Hearts , #1 " like it's supposed to.

I've waited about an hour since adding the books, so I think this just might be something...wrong?

Can anyone help or give input?

Thanks - any assistance would be much appreciated.

Edit: Also, as you'll see below, the "(Easton Hearts, #1)" parenthetical statement doesn't show up in the add book/author link.

Here are the individual book records:
Unbroken Hearts
Untamed Hearts
Undaunted Hearts
Healing Hearts
Easton Hearts: The Complete Series

Go back to the series edit page. Check the "numbered" box, and then either number each by hand or use the auto-number option. Save.

Cait (tigercait) | 4988 comments The series and the series number which shows on the main book page comes from the series itself, not from what's in the title field. (Putting the title in the title field is an old method from before we had the series page; it's still done because there are places where the series doesn't show correctly yet.)

To number the books in this series, edit the series itself and check the "numbered" checkbox, then enter the number(s) for each book.

Audrey (odderie) | 48 comments Ahhhhh, thanks so much! I will do it tomorrow morning when I'm back on my PC.

Anna Murray | 1 comments The books can be read as stand alone stories, but when reading the entire series the best order is Unbroken Hearts, Healing Hearts, Untamed Hearts, Undaunted Hearts.

Healing Hearts was not part of the original series, and was written only after many readers requested a story about a minor character (Dr. Rutherford) in the first book. If reading chronologically the book fits as #2 in the series. It can also be read as the last book in the series.
