How Many 1001 Books Have You Read?

For those of you who are reading books from the 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die list, how many have you read so far?

I am at about 139 books, if I counted right (from the combined lists).

I am currently sitting on 160. Hoping to reach 200 by the end of the year!!

I'm hovering around the 130 mark....some I think I've read but so long ago I can't really be sure.....Have read 38 in the last 3 years since starting ATWin80books and keeping track of what I'm reading. Mostly I have been using the 2006 list.

I have read 40 books.. so there's a long way to go. I had a goal to have 50 books at the end of the year.

I'm pretty sure that I won't ever finish this list, but I'm still slowly reading my way as far as I can. They haven't translated all books to Finnish, so that's makes my 1001 goal even harder to reach.

Only 66.....soooo long to go, especially since I have decided to use the combined lists over the years which makes it closer to 1300 books. Good thing I'm young!

I'm using the combined lists, too. I'm just worried that they are going to keep revising the lists and adding more books.

I'm only at 48. I'll have to live to 150 to finish them all since I've been trying to add on 10-12 each year.

They are supposed to come out with a revised book in October 2012 (Boxall's). I'm curious to see what new books they add.

They need to cut that out. They add them faster than I can read them.

Wow only 138. Feels like I've read more than this!! Guess I need to step up my 1001 reading game! I have more of the these books on my shelf unread than read lol.
