Thank you fine sir, that sounds yummy. I will have the hubby make it for me. He always likes to try new drinks. He used to be a bartender way back in the day and he harbors a love for mixology.

message 64: by evie (new)

Evie is married to Chuck Woolery, is cooking meth right now, is bicurious, has written a history of the Jehovah's Witnesses, and fears large spiders.

Phil | 11837 comments Is Woolery the one from that dating show who, when going to a commercial break, would say, "we'll be back in two-and-two?"

message 76: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments I don't wear hats or scarves.

message 77: by [deleted user] (new)

Shame on you Evie! Slip, slop, slap! Or don't people in the Eastern Suburbs need sun protection?

message 78: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments They do and especially the people that love hanging about the beach. I slip and slop but I don't slap. I'm not a sun bather. I don't like sitting in the hot sun.

That's the one. The Love Connection. Where he sat on the sofa as if trying to protect his sperm count.

Why wouldnt you wear a hat?
Is evie's head extra large?

message 81: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24778 comments Mod
The leading reasons people don't wear hats are:

1. hat hair
2. they don't look good in hats
3. their head is the wrong shape for a hat
4. it interferes with the signals they need to receive through the scalp

message 82: by Sally, la reina (new)

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod
Do you wear perfume, Australian? Do you like to shave your legs, or do you prefer wax? Or are you (gasp) hairy like me?

message 87: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments I do wear perfume. I don't like to leave a perfume trail so I only like a little. If you are close to me you can smell it. I'm wearing CK1 at the moment.

I shave my legs and underarms. I do get a little lazy during winter and sometimes don't do my legs as often as I should. I find as I mature, the hair on the body is rearranged. Less hair in some places and more in places that was hairless during my youth.
My survival kit contains wax ,razors and a tweezers.

I wear CK1 too! How did you make that little 1?

message 91: by Sally, la reina (new)

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod
Oh, my 1 is little too.

Do you eat meat, Evie? What is your favorite meat? If not, what is your favorite legume?

Is your television situation the same as in America? That is, do you Australians watch more reality shows or sitcoms?

And where do you get the majority of your news?

Can you briefly describe the political situation in the outback? Or is that only a part of Australia?

How about in Sydney? What is the political climate there? Do those from Melbourne or Cairns think that you Sydnians are all a bunch of leftist hippies, for example?

message 92: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments I got the big 1 and pushed down on it with my thumb. How did you do it?

message 93: by Sally, la reina (new)

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod
I yelled at it and was extra mean with my eyebrows.

Phil | 11837 comments Sally wrote: "I yelled at it and was extra mean with my eyebrows."

Sounds more like making number 2 than number 1.

message 95: by Sally, la reina (new)

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod
You make poo with your eyebrows?

message 96: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11837 comments Nope. Your description sounds like you're on the pot, contorting your face to help push one out.

Ick. Stop describing things like that. It's gross.

message 97: by Sally, la reina (new)

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod
It does not. It sounds like I am angry at a little 8year old Phil and frowning with my hands on my hips. Stop talking about my poop.

message 98: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Stop, I say. Or I'll shoot.

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments Do you eat meat, Evie? What is your favorite meat? If not, what is your favorite legume?

I don't eat offal .I don't like pork chops. I won't behead prawns or pull the legs off a crab or a lobster.

I like a zesty vegetable and chick pea curry and I make a special spicy bean dish with zucchini and tomatoes and cheese.

I don't like to think about meat.
