Would love to hear Luke do a review of Dawn by Octavia Butler. Still one of the best and most original scifi books I have ever read. Anyone else in the group big fans of this one? It's an amazing book from a Female, African American perspective, that is lacking in a lot of popular scifi today.

It was good. I wouldn't read the whole trilogy. There's an audiodrama of Kindred linked on sffaudio.com somewhere.

The first two books are great, but I could not quite get into the third. She changed the focus of the story and also changed the perspective from third to first person.
