Adding/rescuing a book with two titles

I rescued this book

verifying the ISBN for the UK edition. Tom-All-Alone's

There is a different ISBN for The Solitary House, as this is the US title. How do I enter this second title, but still keep the books "related" to each other?

You don't need to add the second title to the Tom-All-Alone, we combine both editions - which I have done.

I have added a librarian note to indicate the different title for UK vs US editions so librarians do not uncombine

And FYI, rescuing books has no effect on them being combined. That's completely separate.

I combined 5 separate editions of a book I had on my rescue list today. And, I found the edition I own that way.

Cool. Yeah, while rescuing books I found a bunch of uncombined editions and combined them too.
